For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about education and the power it holds to change lives. As a former teacher and school administrator, I witnessed firsthand the challenges and opportunities in education. I saw how strong, compassionate leadership and positive school cultures could make a difference—not just for students, but for entire communities.

 

My journey in education has been shaped by a deep commitment to building environments where everyone—students, teachers, and leaders—can thrive. I’ve developed a unique leadership approach, inspired by the Fruit of the Spirit, to help leaders grow personally and professionally while cultivating environments rooted in love, joy, peace, and patience. This led me to create The Fruitful Leadership Framework, the foundation of RLLC.

 

Today, through RLLC, I have the privilege of partnering with school leaders to turn their visions into reality—creating schools where academic success and strong, healthy relationships go hand in hand. Outside of work, I’m a wife, a believer, and a lifelong learner who’s always striving to honor God through my work and my story.
