The Fruitful Leader Award recognizes exceptional K–12 school leaders who go above and beyond to create positive, supportive, and transformative school environments. These leaders embody the values of The Fruitful Leadership Framework, leading with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Through this monthly recognition, we honor those who cultivate strong relationships, nurture staff and student growth, and model what it means to lead with purpose and integrity.

Principal Jeems is a powerful example of what it means to lead with love, intentionality, and excellence. Staff members describe how she often surprises them with thoughtful gifts labeled "Out the blue, I appreciate you" and maintains an open-door policy that invites honest conversations and shared ideas.
 

She is known for going above and beyond to show appreciation, ensuring her staff feel seen, heard, and valued. One staff member shared, "She makes sure we understand our value in serving in our roles."
